Browser permission
Open the site controls beside the address bar, set Camera to Allow, then reload or press Retry. If you previously blocked access, the browser may not show a new prompt until you change this setting.
Operating system permission
On macOS, check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. On Windows, check Settings → Privacy & security → Camera. Allow your browser to access the camera.
Still blocked?
Check whether a company policy, browser extension, or another app is restricting access. Try a current browser and a secure HTTPS connection.
