Choose a delay
Leave the timer Off for an immediate shot, or choose a 3, 5, or 10 second countdown.

Capture or cancel
Press Take photo to begin. Cancel a running countdown if you need more time; stopping or switching cameras also cancels it.

Review the PNG, retake if needed, and choose Download photo to save it locally.

Yes. Start the camera, choose a timer if you want one, and press Take photo. Review the picture before downloading.
Does the timer capture automatically when the camera starts?
No. A countdown begins only when you press Take photo. You can cancel it, stop the camera, or switch devices.
Will my webcam photo download immediately?
No. This photo page shows a local preview first. Press Download photo only when you want the PNG file.
Does the photo match my mirrored preview?
Yes. When Mirror my view is selected, the captured PNG is mirrored too. You can switch the mirror setting before another take.
